O'Reilly MLRA at Beatrice Speedway Halted due to Rain

Buckner, MO (May 28, 2007) - The O'Reilly MLRA event at Beatrice Speedway scheduled for tonight has been postponed due to rain. A late afternoon shower moved through the area putting enough moisture onto the ground to make it impossible for the track crew to get the facility in racing shape for this evening.

"We're disappointed that we had to put this event on hold because of the weather," commented Harriett Chancellor. "We were looking forward to racing at Beatrice Speedway for the first time in series history, but it just wasn't to be this evening."

The event has been rescheduled for Sunday, August 5, following the two day event at Junction Motor Speedway.
